Good to know.

Do you only host sites you built?
Mostly. Care plans are designed for clients we have worked with, because we know the build inside out. We do take over select existing sites after a short audit to make sure they are in a state we can confidently support.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long lock-in. Plans are billed monthly, with an annual option that saves you a bit. We would rather earn the relationship every month than trap you in it.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring usually catches it before you do. On Managed and Dedicated plans you get priority response, under an hour for critical issues on Dedicated, from someone who already knows your setup.
Can a plan include ongoing design or dev work?
Yes. Managed and Dedicated plans include a monthly pool of content and development hours for the steady stream of small changes every live site needs. Bigger initiatives are scoped as projects.
What about IT support for our team?
Our Dedicated plan extends beyond the website to general IT support and helpdesk. Handy for smaller teams who would rather have one trusted partner than juggle several.
